Sir Stuart Bell M.P. visits Greencare Mobility
Sir Stuart Bell continued his long association with the Middlesbrough site of Greencare Mobility with a surprise visit. He was present when the site was opened by Her Royal Highness Princess Diana as the home of Greentyre back in 1992.
Sir Stuart was pleased to see the building of made to measure wheelchairs by a team that included some staff that were present on that memorable occassion 18 years ago.
Sir Stuart has always been a keen supporter of all things manufactured in the UK and especially in his 'home town' of Middlesbrough.
Greencare Managing Director Colin Scarsi commented "It is an honour for us that Sir Stuart should take such an interest in what we are achieving. I was especially pleased that he could see the benefits we are bringing to an under pressure Health Service with an affordable first time solution to meet client wheelchair needs".
